This is a nice simple dish called Fried Pomfret, or “pla jalamet khao tod” in Thai. In the picture below, you can see the pomfret fish and the tapioca flour. Wash and clean the fish and then scour it on both sides. Next rub in the tapioca flour. Heat up… |
